THING TAILS contemplates the change of meaning and function through reconfigurations with manufactured materials and constructed encounters with nonhuman and human performers. Playing with the temporality of objects, the piece becomes a living image, an exploration of shapeshifting as phenomenon driven by the impossible attempt of escaping our human perspective. As the industrial made objects are animated, alien and fantastical scenes unfold as nonsensical questions and answers in a dramaturgic quest of creating together with the agency of things.
